Matthew is an enrolled member of the Blackfeet Nation and a lifelong resident of Missoula. He earned an associate degree in Liberal Arts and a bachelor’s degree in Indigenous Studies from Haskell Indian Nations University.
Matthew brings a diverse background of experience, including work in adult group homes where he administered medications, prepared meals, and supported residents through social interaction. He later served as a classroom aide and teaching assistant at Head Start.
Through these roles, Matthew has developed a strong passion for serving children and is dedicated to making a positive impact on the next generation.
