Many hands make light (and fun!) work!

There are so many ways that groups can be part of this important work. Team build and build community for our kids and families with your time. These opportunities are ongoing, and we are always excited to hear your ideas about how your team can lend their time and talents to our Friends community.

Sponsor and Package Holiday Supplies: We love to celebrate at Friends! Sign up to sponsor and build fun holiday packs for our kids and their siblings. Think Easter Baskets, Halloween Goody Bag, Spring Break Game Packs, Birthday Bags, School Success Packs, End-of-Year Celebration Packs, Winter Holiday Cozy Bags – you can be creative and help our kids thrive during special times of the year.

Sponsor Prepare a Meal for Families: Cooking together is a great team builder, and help with dinner is a special gift any time of the year! Friends- Western Montana can help secure a commercial kitchen facility for your team to come prepare meals for our families. Some past meals that have worked great include chili dinners, taco bars, breakfast burritos, and bake-at-home casseroles or pizzas.

Clubhouse Project: Friends - Western Montana is so excited about our new Clubhouse! As we continue to make this space home base for the 32-children in our program, there are numerous projects that can help.

Invite Friends of the Children to a staff meeting: One of the biggest ways to help Friends of the Children is to help us share this transformative work with others. By inviting our team to speak at a staff meeting or other gathering, you are weaving strength into the fabric of the Friends community.
