Staff: Becky Slater

Becky is a dedicated and experienced professional with a lifelong passion for supporting individuals and families. Growing up in a family that fostered medically fragile children, Becky developed a deep understanding of care and compassion from an early age. This foundation has shaped her career, which includes roles as a program manager for a boys’ group home and various roles in Tribal Social Services.

Becky has also provided in-home care for the elderly and successfully relaunched a memory care unit as its program manager, demonstrating her commitment to improving the lives of people at every stage. Most recently, she has worked with children and families on the Flathead Reservation, furthering her mission of fostering meaningful relationships and empowering communities.

Outside of her professional life, Becky is a proud wife and mother of two. Her husband owns a thriving repair shop, and as a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors, attending rodeos, and competing in barrel racing jackpots. Becky’s diverse personal and professional experiences fuel her unwavering dedication to making a positive impact in her role as a Family Engagement Specialist.
