No Matter What Fund

We make a promise to each child we welcome to the Friends program: that a paid, professional mentor will be there to walk alongside them for 12 + years, no matter what.

Our model is transformative for kids and families. 92% of youth in our program will go on to enroll in secondary education, enter the workforce in a living-wage job, or serve our country in the armed forces. 93% will remain free from involvement in the juvenile justice system. 98% will wait until after their teen years to parent. We are changing the trajectory of lives that have so much potential. We are interrupting the cycle of poverty. We are believing and investing in the people these children want to grow up to be – and giving them the tools and agency to do so. We are relentless, so youth can be resilient.
